The differences between both models are quite clear. The Lite does not feature the high quality DSD to PCM conversion algorithm and digital reclocking. If you don't have any SACDs and your receiver or DAC is know to cope well with jitter, then the Lite should satisfy your needs. If you have a large SACD collection and require the highest quality digital output, then the full feature Vanity93 is the right one.
I'm afraid I haven't seen "card 4 X S/pdif of Mr Froog" so I cannot compare it to our products. Should you have more questions, please ask.
