Are there any step-by-step instructions for doing this? I'm not ignorant of electronics, but need to decide if I can do this particular job myself or need to get some help. Where does the HDMI-style port come into play? The output would go to a PS Audio Directstream dac I2S port. Thanks,by highstream - Vanity203HD (discontinued)

I decided to stick with the 203 and am looking forward to the new DoP card. I2S would be very interesting...by highstream - News & Announcements

OK, I see, thanks.. So the Vanity card does functionally for USB media with the 103 what the 105 has built in (and hopefully a little better sonically).by highstream - Vanity103HD & Lite (discontinued)

Thanks. Perhaps I misunderstand what you mean by the 103 not having USB audio input. I use the front port frequently for music, and unless the file has a video suffix, it plays from the music mode.by highstream - Vanity103HD & Lite (discontinued)
